Advanced Painting & Galvanizing Workshop
Since 2010, Henan Broad Top Metalwork Ltd. has operated an automated painting line to ensure uniform and durable coating for all metal parts. Our workshop provides consistent surface treatment that protects parts in harsh environments.
Galvanizing is one of our core strengths. We specialize in hot-dip galvanizing, which provides a much thicker and more corrosion-resistant layer than electro-galvanizing. This ensures long-lasting performance, especially for outdoor applications.
Many of our galvanized products are widely used across the United States — particularly in Florida, where corrosion resistance is critical.
Professionally Designed Facility for Precision Manufacturing
Our factory was built to professional industrial standards to meet the demands of high-spec machining. The main site includes one office building, one dormitory building, and three production workshops, supported by an off-site casting foundry.
We also collaborate with a network of related local factories to supply a wide range of mechanical components. Located in Henan, a traditional hub for mechanical processing in China, we benefit from strong regional supply chains and industrial expertise.
